All gemstones offered by The Fine Gems are guaranteed on the invoice.

Each gemstone is accompanied by a document detailing its essential characteristics: type, weight, dimensions, cut, and origin when known.

We also pay particular attention to the online representation of gemstones. Photographs are taken without retouching, under professional lighting (6000K) as well as in daylight. The objective is to faithfully reflect the color and actual appearance of each stone.

Natural diamonds come with a certificate issued by recognized laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or HRD, and comply with the Kimberley Process.

Any treatments are systematically stated in the product pages.

Some gemstones are offered with a certificate issued by recognized laboratories (GIA, IGI, etc.).

A certification service may also be offered upon request through a recognized gemological laboratory.

Every order benefits from tracked shipping and protection suited to the value of its contents.

For security reasons, parcels are shipped without any external commercial indication identifying their contents.
