All gemstones offered by The Fine Gems are guaranteed on the invoice.
Each gemstone is accompanied by a document detailing its essential characteristics: type, weight, dimensions, cut, and origin when known.
Photographs are taken without retouching, under professional lighting (6000K) as well as in daylight, to faithfully reflect the appearance of the gemstones.
Natural diamonds are accompanied by a certificate issued by recognised laboratories such as GIA, IGI, or HRD, and comply with the Kimberley Process.
Any treatments are systematically stated in the product pages.
Some gemstones are offered with a certificate issued by recognised laboratories (GIA, IGI, etc.).
A certification service may also be offered upon request, through a recognised gemmological laboratory.

The Fine Gems is committed to guaranteeing the traceability of every gemstone offered, ensuring it is carefully selected from mine extraction through to its final cutting.

For security reasons, parcels are shipped without any external commercial indication, in order to limit any risk.
