Tanzanite
Tanzanite is a variety of zoisite. Discovered in 1967, it was named after its only known source: Tanzania, and is traditionally associated with the Maasai people.
The gemstone was named by the New York jeweler Tiffany & Co., who helped introduce it to the international market. Actress Elizabeth Taylor also played a role in popularizing tanzanite worldwide.
Highly sought after by collectors, tanzanite is known for its remarkable pleochroism, displaying up to three different colors depending on the viewing angle, creating a fascinating visual effect.
It is especially valued in fine jewelry for its rarity and unique beauty.
Each stone is carefully selected for its color saturation, clarity, and gem-quality appearance.
Origin: Tanzania, foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro.
